Starlite is a wonderful highly intelligent girl that has given me many beautiful show babies over the years.  As I believe in not over-breeding, she is now retired from my breeding program and is in a very loving family home, getting loads of attention - something she can never have too much of.  In my years of breeding, without a doubt Starlite has made me laugh more than any other kitty, with her mischievous unlatching of kitten quarters, letting the kitties out for a big party on a regular basis.

 It is with incredible sadness that I share with you that my beloved Blue Fusion has passed away.  After intensive efforts by emergency veterinarians, and every possible expense I could foretake in efforts to save his life, Blue passed away early in the morning on June 17, 2008.

My annual cattery reduction has resulted in "Ch Fluffy Angel's Heavenly Moonlight" having a new home.  She is now living with a wonderful, loving family who adore her and hopefully Moonlight will be an excellent start for their new cattery.  I love to help people whenever I can, and at the same time am very grateful when special people such as this come along, as I know Moonlight will be spoiled and cuddled.

Rest in Peace Kiss...

This amazing, beautiful, sweet girl had the most gorgeous eyes I have ever seen, the funniest meow I have ever heard, and was an incredible, loving, patient mother to not only her babies but everyone else's too.  It has taken me more than a month to remove her from my Girls page as it was too painful.  Kiss passed away due to a serious birthing complication - my first in 15 years of breeding.  She was loved and is missed more than words can express.  I am grateful for the time I had with her, and the incredible babies she gave to me, and she lives on through them.  This is ironic but Kiss's niece "Roger Dodger" gave me a dilute calico that looks so much like Kiss it is remarkable....when Kiss passed away I had not yet named & registered this kitten, and she now has the most suitable name:  "Fluffy Angel's Kisses In Heaven", in honour of her Aunt Kiss.  I feel in my heart that Kiss also lives on in this special girl.

Part of this beloved hobby is accepting when things do not go as planned.  I would say this is the most beautiful copper eyed white girl I have had the pleasure of breeding to date.  Unfortunately her first pregnancy did not go as expected, and I decided the best thing to do for Crystal would be to have her spayed and placed in a loving pet home.  I love this girl very much, and patiently waited until I found her the perfect home, with a good friend of mine who had purchased a Fluffy Angel girl the year before - it seemed the perfect match!  Crystal is loved and spoiled rotten, and I am happy I had the honour of raising, nurturing, and showing her, she is a joy every day.  Please see below her show achievements:

It was so sad for me when Vanilla reached retirement age, she is the most amazing mother, always gave me incredible chubby babies, and would share herself with anyone; whether it was sharing the mom duties with my other ladies (nursing and cleaning their babies) - or lavishing us with affection.  I held onto her for a year past retirement age, waiting for the perfect family to come along - and it did!  I could not be more thrilled with her new home - she is now with a wonderful loving family, and is showered with affection on a constant basis.  Thank you so much Maria & your very sweet family for giving Vanilla such an amazing home!

As difficult as it was to do this year's annual cattery reduction, it was necessary to ensure my numbers did not get to be more than I could handle.  I am very dedicated to giving my kitties all the love, attention and care they each deserve, and the only way is to make sure I don't get into the position of having more kitties than I can care for properly.  So this year's cattery reduction included some of my very favourites - Princess Mittens, Muffin, Fancy Face, Prince and Shadow.  All have gone to good homes and will be helping three very nice ladies get their small breeding programs established.
